IT IS OUR GOAL TO MAKE YOU COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. THEREFORE, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN YOUR ORDER MADE IN OUR ONLINE STORE WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. HOWEVER, WHEN MAKING A RETURN, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT IT FALLS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED RETURN CONDITIONS. USING OUR CARRIER.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERIES

Products ordered from the Quadrelli online store will be shipped and delivered on business days, from Monday to Friday.

We can only guarantee the correct delivery of an order if the shipping address for the products is correctly indicated by the User, and if this address is located in a home or office located in Portugal.

A delivery is considered to have been made or a product is considered to have been delivered upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return the product if it is found that the products supplied are defective or do not conform to the products ordered. The return may be made within 2 months of notification of the defect and the product must retain its identification label and disposable seal (if applicable). The Quality Department will analyse the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, Quadrelli will issue refunds within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation by email of the right to a refund.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as the reason for the return, the full amount paid will be refunded, including delivery and return costs. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL

If the customer is not satisfied with the products supplied, they may return them within 15 calendar days of receipt. However, the right to return only applies if the products:

- They have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try on the items to test the size and shape, but cannot wear them.

- Maintain original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).

- Are complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)

- They have not been tampered with and maintain both the identification label and the security seal.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Before shipping, the Buyer may cancel the order of products. If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, he/she may do so by calling our telephone number (252951696).

If the cancellation request is successful, the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.

If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the Buyer who, if he/she still intends to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them.

Upon confirmation of the return and receipt of the order, the respective refund will be processed, in this case the shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Quadrelli reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.

If you wish to exchange an item that has already been replaced, you must contact us through Customer Support.

Once Quadrelli has received and accepted your return, you will receive an email informing you that your refund will be processed. The time it takes to process the refund will depend on the payment method used:

- Credit Card: the time it takes for the refund amount to be credited to your account depends on the policy of the bank that issued the card.

- PayPal: the refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The time it takes for the refund amount to be credited to the card associated with your PayPal account depends on the card policy of your card issuing bank.

- Bank transfer: the refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days after we receive and verify your return. You must provide us with your account number, which must be in the same country as the billing country of the order. Without this information we will not be able to transfer the refund amount.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, i.e. if you order more than one item in the same order, you will only pay shipping costs once.

However, Quadrelli reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we proceed to split the order, the customer will be notified by email of our intention. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

Deliveries in mainland Portugal - free deliveries on purchases over 50EUR. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs of 5EUR will be charged.

Deliveries in Portugal Islands - free deliveries on purchases over 80EUR. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs of 6EUR will be charged.

Deliveries outside Portugal - We only ship to Portugal. If you place an order for delivery to a country other than Portugal, you will be notified that your order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded immediately, minus any fees that may have been applied to us corresponding to the same transaction.

Quadrelli cannot guarantee special requests during deliveries, such as calling a few minutes before delivery, delivering to the next door, calling the phone instead of ringing the doorbell, etc. Since deliveries are made by a subcontracted company, we cannot guarantee that anything that deviates from a normal delivery pattern will be carried out.

For delivery to be successful, someone must be at the address indicated to receive the order, otherwise it will be returned to Quadrelli.

ORDERS DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been registered, payment has been confirmed and all items in your order are available, Quadrelli undertakes to ship the item within the following delivery times:

In mainland Portugal, between 2 and 5 working days.

In the Madeira and Azores Archipelago, between 5 and 9 working days,

Quadrelli shall not be liable for any failure to comply, or delay in complying, with any shipping obligation caused by a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All products are individually identified with a security label. If you wish to return the purchased product, do not remove the label or security seal from the purchased product.

If you decide to return purchased products, Quadrelli has the right not to accept the return of products if the returned items do not have the corresponding security label or seal, or when the labels have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged.

After receiving the order, the Buyer has a period of 15 days to return or exchange his/her item(s), if he/she finds that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered, or by simple withdrawal, without needing to expressly indicate the justification.

Quadrelli only accepts exchanges for a different color and/or size of the item purchased. If you wish to exchange it for another item, a voucher for the value of the exchange will be issued so that you can place a new order.

The costs of return or exchange will always be borne by the customer (except for quality reasons).

The exchange or return of orders by the Buyer must be carried out as follows:

- Place the item in a box and include a copy of the invoice with the item to be returned. You can use the original packaging in which you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you wish to return inside. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them.

- The customer is responsible for choosing the carrier to send the item(s) to be returned, as well as any damage caused during transport or loss of packaging.

- Notify Quadrelli of your departure by email shop@quadrelli.pt or WhatsApp +351 934 679 282 and send a copy of your proof of shipment

- After receiving the product in our warehouse, the Quality Department will check whether the part complies with our requirements for Exchange or Return. If so, the exchange will be confirmed or the refund made.

- To reimburse the amount paid, Quadrelli offers the User two options: issuing a voucher for the value of the items involved, which can be redeemed at any Quadrelli store within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of issue; or the refund itself, using the same payment method used for the purchase, or by bank transfer. In order for us to make the refund, you must provide us with your IBAN.

- In exceptional circumstances, Quadrelli may schedule a collection appointment with the carrier. A charge will be made which must be paid by the customer within 2 working days. After confirmation of payment, Quadrelli will schedule the collection as soon as possible. Collection will take place from Monday to Friday, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time.

After receiving all or part of the products ordered at our facilities, we will process them within a maximum period of two working days. If the return is confirmed, the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method. Refunds will only be made to the account/card that originated the purchase. In the case of a simple exchange of item, color or size, then, after checking the availability of that product, it will be sent to the address you indicate during the exchange process.
